This is a hand-loomed product. Variances, inconsistencies & sprouts in the weave are natural characteristics of this rug. The colour & size of these rugs can vary due to their handcrafted nature.

Environmental factors including water, moisture/humidity, sunlight/heat & sea air, can change the appearance of jute.

This rug will shed. Shedding is not considered a defect. Be aware that young children or infants may put these fibres in their mouths. Lost Design Society does not recommend this rug for high traffic areas, frequent vacuuming, use by pets or under moving furniture anchor points, such as a set of dining table chairs.

There is the option to measure the space with a tape measure and place some sheets of paper or masking tape to offer potential perspective on size suitability.
