Returns & Refunds

Every customer is very important to our community, if there is anything not covered here, please don't hesitate to get in touch your query.  

Shipping:

Estimated delivery time: Estimated shipping time is currently 7-14 days but we are working on making this faster! 

We encourage you to consider your place of work as a delivery option so that your beautiful new treasures can be well received. Please advise if "leave at doorstep" or "leave with reception" is a delivery option.

Returns & Refunds: 

We understand purchasing online can sometimes be daunting, hence if you change your mind after a purchase, as long as the item is still in brand new condition & packaging, we will accept returns within 30 days & provide you with a store credit. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer you a choice of a refund, replacement or credit.

Cancellation of Orders:

LDS may need to cancel your order if we are unable to provide you with your order. We will contact you should this occur.

Damaged in Transit:

Please contact with photos of your damaged packaging and items. We will investigate your concern and we will offer the best remedy dependent on circumstances, which include: repair, replacement, return, refunds or store credit / partial store credit.

Privacy:

We will not disclose any of our customer's privacy information. Customer information will only be used for the functioning purposes of our website/business and if approved, for us to keep in touch with you via communications such as email.
